Bloom Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon – our flagship wine from the family rows of Jim and Ranee Bloom’s vineyard in Mendocino County, California. Oak tannins blend with cassis and cherry, chocolate and just a hint of tobacco. This cabernet goes well with cheese, red meat dishes and chocolate desserts. Aged 18 months in French and Hungarian Oak, this cabernet will only get better and better cellared and could be aged for up to 10 years.

2004 Bloom Vineyards Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was listed as the best cab at Taste Washington 2007 by wine writer Gene Stein in his Seattle Wine Blog. The wine won a silver medal at the 2007 Mendocino County Fair Wine Competition.

Bloom Vineyards Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has won awards for excellence at local fairs in Western Washington, including the State Fairs in Monroe and Puyallup.
