Mélange

Mélange – a blend of four grapes, this wine exhibits the distinct characteristics of the two main grapes with the peppery Lemberger and hearty Cabernet Sauvignon, both from Eastern Washington. Aged 18 months in oak and blended prior to bottling, this wine should age well and will be at it’s best in 2010. It pairs well with hearty dishes.
