Semillon – this dry white wine from the Prosser region of Eastern Washington offers green apple aromas, a hint of tropical fruit and mineral notes and a crisp, clean finish. Half the wine fermented in Hungarian oak for 120 days, then blended with the rest for just the slightest hint of oak.  It pairs well with Northwest shellfish.
