Winery

Ken & Virginia Bloom, winemakers for Blooms, produce less than 500 cases each year. The limited supply is available directly through Blooms, at local wine shops and is served at selected restaurants. The winery operates on volunteers, and there is a growing list of those who "work for wine". From crush to bottling, the labor is shared and fun times are had by all.

Bloom Vineyards Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has won awards for excellence including a silver medal at the Mendocino County Fair Wine Competition and various medals at local fairs in Western Washington. It was named by wine writer Gene Stein as the best cab of 2007 Taste Washington in his Seattle Wine Blog.

Blooms Ambrosia, a Rhubarb wine, won “Best of Show” in it’s class at the Western Washington Puyallup Fair
